1.1 This is a plain informational site with no accounts, no logins and no personalisation, so there is very little to collect. We install no analytics package, no ad pixels and no tracking scripts of our own. What does exist is the standard record our web host keeps for every website: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, and the browser and device string your software sends. We do not use those records to build a profile of you, and we do not sell personal information.
2.1 We set no cookies of our own — no analytics, advertising or preference cookies. Essential cookies may come from the provider that shields and delivers the site, purely to block abuse and keep it online. They are technical rather than commercial, and nothing here becomes unreadable if you block cookies.
3.1 The law, with its usual exceptions, lets you ask what we hold about you and seek access, correction or deletion. Rights to object, to restrict processing, to portability, to withdraw consent and to complain to a regulator may apply too, depending on your jurisdiction. Send the request through the Contact page and it will be dealt with.
4.1 An outbound link to an operator may include a referral marker, which is how a visit gets credited to us. Your name is not revealed to us, but the law can treat referral markers, click identifiers and IP addresses as personal data, and we would rather be straight about it.
5.1 This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18 or 19 depending on the province or territory in Canada) only. We do not knowingly collect data from minors, and we do not aim any part of this site at them.
6.1 Following a link to Royal Vegas Casino or any other brand takes you off this site, where their policy applies instead of ours. Their collection practices are not ours to control, and your account, deposits and documents there are invisible to us.
7.1 These pages are written for a Canada audience. Canadian federal and provincial privacy law, the EU GDPR and the UK GDPR apply wherever our processing falls within their reach. Which of them applies is a question of where we operate and whom we aim at, not of where you happen to be reading from.
8.1 That form on the contact page does not work yet: nothing is sent from it. Write to one of the addresses on the Contact page and your message and address stay with us only while the question is open. You are not signed up to anything by writing to us.
9.1 Our host keeps server logs on its normal rotation; we hold nothing beyond it. Email correspondence is deleted once the matter it concerns is closed, unless we need it to deal with a legal claim.
